marvel’s agents of s.h.i.e.l.d. has released a new promo for season 2 that promises lots of action. coulson (clark gregg) and his rag-tag team are still running around trying to stop the bad guys, but they are no longer shield agents since shield doesn’t exist. “i’m not dead yet” nick fury (samuel l. jackson) tasked coulson with rebuilding shield at the end of last season, so presumably that will be on their list of things to do. a number of familiar faces popped up in the trailer. agent ward (brett dalton) is shown wearing prison clothes, having an emotional conversation with skye (chloe bennet), so it seems that chapter isn’t closed yet. it looks like antoine triplett (b.j. britt) will replace ward as the strapping young man on the team, as a number of shots featured him, coulson, and melinda may (ming-na wen) dressed in black with guns blazing. also patton oswalt will return like a minion from despicable me. agents of s.h.i.e.l.d. returns tuesday, sept. 23 at 9/8c on abc. watch trailer: https://www.voiceoftv.com/p/tv-trailer-agents-of-shield-season-2 Source: https://www.voiceoftv.com/p/tv-trailer-agents-of-shield-season-2
