The new Christian Slater dual-identity series didn't do itself any favors last night, pulling in only 7.3 million, per estimates, or about one viewer per NBC promo aired during the Summer Olympics.

Last night's vice presidential debate was no second banana.

The showdown between Sarah Palin and Joe Biden was watched by a combined 38.7 million on the big four broadcast networks, Nielsen Media Research estimates said.

NEW YORK - Comcast Corp. actively interferes with attempts by some of its high-speed Internet subscribers to share files online, a move that runs counter to the tradition of treating all types of Net traffic equally.

The interference, which The Associated Press confirmed through nationwide tests, is the most drastic example yet of data discrimination by a U.S. Internet service provider. It involves company computers masquerading as those of its users.
